The Past
Back in 2003-2004, I joined Weight Watchers with the intention of losing weight, I was heavy through out my time in High School and graduating I wanted to finally make a change.
I lost 70 lbs. in 7 months, competing against my then Fiancée’s mother.
Once I lost the weight I tried going to the gym for some… gains! Well Weight Watchers at the time had a lifetime membership for people that obtained their goals, but since I was now gaining weight in muscle, I was taken off. I was discouraged from this and started gaining the weight back the bad way.
Fast forward almost 20 years later, I’m tired of being heavy. I’m going to lose it and damn it, I need to keep it off this time.
The Goal
My goal weight is 230 lbs. I’m currently at 309 lbs. I have a long road ahead of me but I’m certain I can obtain this. I’m going to need encouragement from everyone that can, because I am easily influenced by “oh you did good today, cheat tomorrow” and I can no longer live like that.
I’m going to do my best to remove Soda’s of every kind even Diet Sodas. I’m going to try to primarily drink waters, Propels or Sugar Free Gatorade’s or Powerade’s.
Log EVERYTHING I eat. Or even plan ahead with meals and portion accordingly.
The Zero Point foods I’m going to have to stock up on for those snacking moments.
I can do this! I HAVE to do this! So here’s to the new me! 🍾
